About us

We’re Playable Prints Limited (“PPL”, “Company”, “our”, “us”, “we”). We own and operate MiniHoarder and Wargaming3D (the “Services”), helping Creators to share their artwork, for 3D printing and lasercutting. When we talk about Services, we also include the public pages on the websites.

Our intent is to collect on the minimum data necessary for operating our Services, and never to sell this data on. We wouldn’t want this done to us, so we don’t want to do it to anyone else!

Playable Prints Limited is a company incorporated in England (Company No. 14307502), with a registered address at Initial Business Centre, Wilson Business Park, Manchester, M40 8WN.

Children under 18

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Information we collect

When you sign up for the service and make purchases, you grant us visibility of email addresses, names and postal address details. Additionally we can see transactions through PayPal and Stripe, which also include email addresses and postal address details. We access this to manage orders and operate the services.

Purposes of processing

We rely on the following lawful basis for the processing of your information:

  • Performance of a contract. Your Personal Information is necessary to perform the terms and conditions or other policies under which we provide our Services.
  • Consent. We rely upon your consent to use (i) technical information such as cookie data and ip geo-location data; and (ii) your Personal Information for marketing purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication you receive from us.
  • Legitimate interests. We may use your Personal Information for our legitimate interests to improve our Services, security purposes, fraud prevention, and for internal administration.

How we use your information

Service operation

Wargaming3D and MiniHoarder are run from servers in New York, USA.

We may use other USA and UK servers as part of normal operations.

We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments.

Direct marketing and mailing lists

We use Klaviyo to manage mailing lists for direct marketing.

We may contract with 3rd parties for marketing and analytics, who may have visibility of email addresses.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics which is not hosted in the EU, managed by cookies. Blocking tracking in the browser will prevent tracking occuring.

How long your information is kept

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
